Website terms of agreement between user and 50PlusFYI.org

This Terms of Use Agreement (the Agreement) is between User and 50PlusFYI.org. By accessing, browsing or using the https://50plusfyi.org (the Website) or by selecting I Accept during the information registration, you represent that you have read, understand and agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of this Agreement hereinafter referred to as Agreement.

  1. Nature of the Service

The 50+Plus FYI Resource Network is a 501(C)3 nonprofit organization dedicated to better informing the 50+Plus community of Central Florida.

  1. User Registration and Information

The User shall fill in the correct information requested in the User Registration form on the site. The User shall be required to promptly update their User Information on the site.

  1. Compliance with Laws

You agree to comply with any and all applicable laws regarding your use of 50plusfyi.org. If you are outside the United States, you must comply with all local laws with respect to your online conduct, as well as the export of data to the United States or to your country or residence.

  1. Privacy and Security

In order to access some of the offerings on this Website, or to post user content, you may be asked to set up an account and password. Our account registration page may request certain personal information from you (“Registration or User Info”), which may include personally identifiable information such as your name, e-mail address, ZIP code, and date of birth.
